IDPhoto4Me provides an online photo formatting, biometric alignment, and cropping platform designed to help users prepare passport, visa, and ID photos according to standard dimensions across multiple jurisdictions.

The basic cropping tool and 4x6" printable sheet generation are free of charge. Optional advanced services, such as automated background correction, are offered at stated one-time fees.

3. User Responsibilities & Biometric Compliance Disclaimer

Official Government Acceptance: While IDPhoto4Me formats and sizes photos in accordance with published international standards (ICAO Doc 9303, US State Dept, UK HMPO, etc.), final acceptance of any photograph is solely at the discretion of the passport agency, consulate, or government authority processing your application.

Proper Input Photos: The user is solely responsible for providing original photographs that comply with government rules regarding facial expression, open eyes, absence of shadows, and compliant attire.

Printing Accuracy: The user is responsible for ensuring that their printer or third-party print service prints the template at 100% actual size without automatic scaling or margin alterations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDPhoto4Me and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Rejection of passport or visa applications by government authorities;
• Travel delays, re-booking expenses, or expedited application fees;
• Incorrect printing dimensions caused by printer or retail kiosk software;
• Temporary service interruptions or technical downtime.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload any photograph or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing on third-party rights, or containing malicious software. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically overburden our infrastructure.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
